Living Sent Missionary Academy is a ministry of LIFT Church. LIFT Church is a movement of disciple-making disciples dedicated to seeing students made fully alive in the hope of Jesus on university and college campuses across Canada and the world.

In 2021, LIFT Church launched the Living Sent Missionary Academy for the purpose of training disciples from within and outside of our church to spread the gospel to unreached places. Currently, LIFT Church missionaries are located across Southern Ontario, Canada at McMaster University, York University, Brock University, the University of Waterloo, the University of Guelph, the University of Toronto Mississauga, and Mohawk College. LIFT Church felt the need to create the Living Sent Missionary Academy so that we could train our disciples to be disciple-makers beyond their time as undergraduates. Our prayer is that all students would encounter Christ and proclaim, “He lifted me out of the pit of despair, out of the mud and the mire. He set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along. He has given me a new song to sing, a hymn of praise to our God.” (Psalm 40: 2-3)
